hog snapper with heirloom tomatoes and risotto
For this dish, you can use a box of risotto (please follow
the directions on the box or bag). A piece of Red snapper filets, pan seared
your snapper but don’t forget to season to your taste. (pan seared is lightly
fried with no breading, just oil). Some heirloom tomatoes split into four. Sautéed
them down in butter, it will create a great Sauce. Add over risotto, and top
off with your fish.
