Caribbean jerk grilled shrimp with a tomato & mango salsa
A taste of the Caribbean, when I make this dish it takes me
back to Jamaica. this is made with fresh snap peas, lightly seasoned and sautéed
in olive oil. With jasmine or coconut rice. grilled shrimp on the skewers. Topped
with a fresh mango salsa. How to make the salsa, use fresh cut mango with some pineapples,
diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro.
